The participants of Project Muso Ladamunen are trained to be Community Health Promoters. During their training, each participant shares their new knowledge with other members of the community through a system called Organized Diffusion. Organized Diffusion is based on innovative methods used by the NGO's Tostan and World Relief. The objectives of Organized Diffusion are to:

1. Promote the capacity of participants, their families and their community to prevent and treat the most serious and frequent illnesses.

2. Amplify Project Muso Ladamunen's impact on health in Yirimadio.

3. Put health lessons learned in class into practice.

4. Establish a lasting network of Community Health Promoters.
